Who requires our services?
Absolutely anyone and everyone! You may have an existing interior which is missing that “wow” statement piece or you could be starting with a completely blank canvas. We invite enquiries from anyone who desires a space which compliments their personality and who wishes to be a part of a revolutionary way of implementing tasteful interior design and decorating into their homes in an engaging and simplified manner.
What is the payment process?
Once you sign up, you will be required to pay a 50% deposit of the services or package that you take out. Your remaining balance will be due before we style your home for you. Once you have decided upon your preferred service with us, we will provide you with login details to your very own client portal whereby your secured payment can be made directly to us online.
Where do we service?
All of Melbourne metro and beyond! We love a bit of variety in our week and we promise to make our services work just for you no matter where you are located in Victoria.
What if I’m not wanting an extremely modern interior?
Although our simplified business concept is a modern day approach, this doesn’t mean that your new interior has to be bang on trend just to keep up with your neighbours. We understand that everyone is different in what they like and what works for them. This is our sole purpose for you as our client – to help make your interior something that works solely for you and represents only you!
When should we get in contact with you?
We encourage you to get in contact with us the second that you recognise you need guidance in establishing a direction with what kind of interior design you are wanting in an age where there are so many options to choose from! If you have recently purchased a home and haven’t settled yet, we recommend getting in contact before settlement so that you can order your furniture to hopefully coincide for when you move in.
Is it only furniture and soft furnishing that you will help with?
Not if you don’t want it to be! Although we base ourselves on being an interior decorating service, you may make mention to us during your consultation that you are thinking of updating your kitchen or changing your existing floors etc. With our digital and unique flat lay moodboards, we work to identify your colour schemes along with your textures and strive to show you how all of these will work within your desired space. Our goal is to help you achieve what you want in a clear and well thought out tailor made approach. It really couldn’t be easier!
Do you purchase the furniture for us?
No we don’t purchase furniture on behalf of our clients. We are a business designed for pure guidance and recommendation with the focus to reduce your overwhelm and narrow down your options when it comes to choosing pieces for your home. We will recommend furniture based on available colours and sizes that will work within your space. This allows for you as the client, to take full control of the decision making process and feel confident when making these decisions. It’s a team effort – we suggest, then you go and purchase!
Can you provide guidance for an exterior space also?
Of course we can! Our overall concept is to help you make your house a home and we understand that this involves the outside of your home too. We love creating cute entrances and filling in vast alfresco areas. After all, your exterior needs to compliment the interior and we pride ourselves on being an all-round service when it comes to generating a home that represents you and reflects the way in which you live in it.
